What happened

According to Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace, the woman arrived at a local hospital in a private vehicle just before 6 p.m. Sunday with two gunshot wounds. A Warren County lieutenant said the shooting stemmed from an argument on Long Lake Road.

Hart was seen leaving the area on foot — while still carrying the rifle believed to have been used in the shooting, Pace said.

A judge has issued an arrest warrant for Hart on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
